Just purchased a 1997 ski nautique w/ a 5.8 pro boss GT-40 engine. Whats the maximum RPS's for this engine?

The GT40 powered Ski Nautiques Ive been in tend to run in the 4900-5100 RPM range with the stock prop. I think PCM quotes the "max RPM" as 5000. Thats exactly what Id be shooting for when propping it.
