How can I get the web page that I have on my pc for cc fan on my iPad? I guess this is a smart phone screen . It changed about a week ago.

I believe you are referring to the classic view that you see when you log on with your PC. If so, if you scroll down to the bottom of page just before the website credits, it will give you "view" options. Click on Classic.
