Sorry to hear man. Don't know what to say. Hopefully no one was hurt? And if not, try to be thankful for that.

Jeff
Sorry to hear that. I like your attitude about the mowing.
Ironically, I recently purchased a house that we are fixing up to rent out. I bought it for the huge detached garage that I am keeping for myself. This past weekend I was thinking of taking the dwelling insurance off until I get a renter (keeping liability) because of the high cost of insuring the unoccupied house (double the occupied cost). I think I'll keep it on.
Play hard, life's not a trial run.

Jeff,
Any fire is a loss but you have the correct attitude. Yes, just keep moving forward. At least it sounds like there weren't any injuries.

Sorry to hear about the fire. Just talked with Steve Bunda last night who is restoring our 55 Chris Craft Continental. He said his friends' boat shop burnt down in the last few days. A few customer's boats, some of his own and lots of other odd pieces now gone. Steve instructed me to get insurance although the boat isn't done!

Glad no one was hurt!

I don't know what to say, I can only imagine how this must affect your family and plans. I am very sorry to hear about this. You can view it as a life restoration I guess. I am confident you have the skills to get through.

I was watching Chitty Chitty bang bang on VHS (loved that movie since I was a kid) with my girls tonight and what song comes on? "Up from the ashes grow the roses of success". Hang in there.
