Larry,
Those numbers really aren't that bad for an older engine. They are all within a decent percent of each other. Yes, check out the manifold to riser gaskets. |

I am a newbie to the SN world and to this forum. Own a 1986 SN 2001. Unfortunately found milky/mocha-colored oil in the crankcase. Have read many posts on this forum about this specific issue. Yesterday I changed the oil (twice) and did a Compression Test. Here are the results:
Cylinder: 1 120 2 110 3 115 4 120 5 120 6 115 7 110 8 110 Based on great information shared by many, it seems as though the next step is to check the exhaust gaskets, manifold, risers? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks. |
