Looks like a U boat pen in France. Could be the ones in LaRochelle/LaPallice because of the clear water of the Mediterranean,maybe our European members will know for sure.

that's either the tiniest person ever or a big boat in an even bigger space. good thing its tied to the dock, wouldn't want that to float across to the other side
