I have a 76 Ski Tique with a Ford 302 in it. Trying to bring her back to life after nearly ten years. I am thinking of replacing the fuel pump simply because it is so old and I am thinking the diaphragm is going to be rotted and fail. I can't find one with the Fuel Bowl attached. If I take this off, and get a replacement is the fuel bowl something I can just remove and put on the new one?

When I rebuilt my pump I still had a couple of years on you and
it still worked, but like you I wanted to do it so I didn't have to worry. If you decide to rebuild yours there are numbers on the flange identfying it. Then when you have that contact these guys and see if they have a kit for that model and number pump. I even got a new screw kit and now the whole pump looks as new. Here is what the inside looked like- cleaned up with new diaphram and check valves- Finished- |

Some newer pumps don't have the inlet or outlets in the same spots as our older pumps which can make reusing old parts like the filter difficult. If you can rebuild yours, you know it will fit the same.
