The 4 pieces on the left maybe, the two on the right no and he is missing 2 more long pieces (and 2 short but you wouldn't need these for a ski nautique).

Think left and right is mixed up, the two short pieces are the ones that go right in front of the rear deluxe seat corner cushions, the other 4 are the parts that go on the recessed horizontal surface just inside the gunnel, and the outboard of the engine doghouse. at least that's what I have in my 87 BFN. There may be another pair that run along the bottom of the interior edge of the gunnel on each side, seen them on some boats, but my boat is missing those as well and I don't have any unused screw holes where they would have been mounted.

You can see the 2 short pieces I was talking about here, nearer the front of the boat. The rear 2 pieces are probably identical to the Ski. It does seem only few 87s and 88s had this third row of teak along the bottom/lip of the deck anyway. Others had aluminum trim here or nothing at all. No clue what "outboard of the engine doghouse" means.

That picture above is showing the gunnel outboard (away from center)of the dog house (engine cover). My 87 BFN doesn't have either aluminum, teak trim in that lower location, nor does it have holes to install either type. Maybe it was a Monday morning boat. (reference to the old stories about not wanting to buy a Car built on a Monday - assuming the assembly line workers imbibed heavily during the weekend and the quality would be questionable on anything built that day)
Locations can be referenced as outboard, inboard, forward and aft of some reference point in a boat. I just used the doghouse in this case. terms are sort of like buying a submarine sandwich in MA, but a Hoagie in Philly, everyone uses something slightly different. |

mark, I changed pictures to better show that smaller piece. All the teak is outboard of the doghouse!
