Hello,
I am still looking for a pair of Jump skis 68-72 inches. Would also love to get them with L-XL bindings, but not necessary for the sale. Please PM me, Thanks Tom |

BTW, any Wiley L or XL binding is made of the same parts, the toe is just mounted in different holes and the wrap adjusted accordingly.

Hey Jbear, I am. The skis are for the kids, and I now have 2 pair from Craigslist. 68" Kidders and 70" Stingers. Both boys are pretty comfortable on the big jump, I am on the small ramp with the skis and wakeboard. Hopefully we will have a kicker in the lake for Wrecking Crew 2. |

Hey Hollywood, That is interesting because we are about to buy Wiley's for the Stingers. They came with Maherajah bindings, and they are a bit large and a bit wore out, and the old time jumpers on the team say they never liked the padding. We got a real education on binders. We are trying to figure out what size Wileys. Thomas has a size 11 shoe, and the "Pros" on the team are saying if he can stand a medium pain wise, he should get them, but I am leaning towards a large because he keeps growing. What do you think? I am an 11-12 and built mine as XL with extra loose overlays because anything smaller and I cannot get them on in the water. I fall a lot. Mediums would put my feet to sleep before the third jump.
If you're asking my opinion I would absolutely get XLs and you'd have the option (I could do it for you at WC3) to snug them down to a L at any point. A fresh Wiley binding is pretty snug in any size. I actually rebuilt all 6 pairs of my clubs jumper bindings to XL last winter. I built Ms for the JRs. The M is only a different toe rubber anyway, every other part is the same as a L/XL. |
