Small hose to the mechanical fuel pump, large hose to valve cover vent. 2.5" High X 7" Diameter. Fits flush to carb (no flange or raised lip on bottom).
The is a modifiation hole on the backside/bottom that has been filled with silicone. Sells new for $78. Asking $30 + 15 for USPS priority mail shipping.  Note silicone repair.
