Question for anyone with the 1985 Nautiques with the 351. I am curious what everyone's RPM's are at idle neutral, warm (IN WATER)?
My boat runs great but when dropping a skier or idling for a few minutes while a skier gets ready my boat will start to sputter down low enough to make the oil pressure light and alarm to chirp a few times unless i rev the engine. Its done this for years so my question is whats everyone running there idle RPM at in the water on a warm engine? |

Should be 650 to 750 RPMs at idle -- in gear.
