My check Engine Light comes on, and it goes from dim to bright. And then I shut the boat off and re-start and it won't come on for a while. Could it be a wiring issue?

Does anything else fluctuate or "pulse" when this is happening?
Gauges or other lights? Also, whats the voltmeter registering normally? Is it a different voltage when this is happening? |
