Your local glass shop can cut it and drill the holes.

The laminated glass cannot be drilled.

Who told you? Are you confusing tempered with laminated? If it was a glass shop, maybe you should find another.

An alternate is to have the glass cut and drilled and then tempered. It's the safer way and a good glass shop can handle it.

If you still don't have any success, then I'd say you may need to find a complete windshield or even a complete boat! The vents were only used by CC for a couple years so the search may take some time.
