As they pan out, did you notice the water breaking over what I assume is (or once was) a levy - that is crazy! Like the footage though, how cold is it?

Happy New Year Steve and the rest of the guys, the day time temps for Dec have been between 52F / 62F night temps 40F / 50F but this has brought more rain some parts have had well over 3feet of rain fall in Dec
