I have a 1966 correct craft mustang. I have never been able to get a straight answer on how much oil the 318 holds and I no longer have the original dipstick. Anyone?

dennis,look at the v-8 chrysler marine engine manual,pg-2.I know,it says 1967,but it should be the same.7 or 8 quarts.
check your engine designation #s. my 68 has an 8 qt oil pan.if you need the correct indicator length,i can get it or reid should have it closer |
