I have a PCM thermostat housing that I don't have a use for. It came out of a running '77 with a 351 in it. The engine cooled perfectly and had no water leaks. See the pictures, PM me if you have any interest.

Will this fit a 351 block? I thought these were NLA?

Yes. It came off a 351. You are correct, they are NLA
