Umm............doesn't this turn it into a marine short block? The nerve of some companies actually building and selling a "marine 302 Reverse Rotation short block"  Check the link below for one example link It woiuld need a different flywheel and harmonic balancer than what she has now but they're available |

Risley if in fact the original engine is now gone you have a daunting task ahead of you. It can be done but you cannot just walk out and easily buy what you now need. You will have to piece it together. What of the drive train do you actually have?
