My ski partner picked up an 04 196 with some issues. I’m guessing bent strut means bent shaft too, but haven’t seen it yet. He says the prop is good for a small anchor too. So far definitely needs a swim platform, Pylon, Strut, and prop.

He towed the thing 500+ miles, got less than 15 miles from the house and took a rock through the passenger side windshield. Need one of those now too
