Fram fuel filter housing leak

Put a new fuel filter in my 1995 Supra Comp with the GT40. It has a short Fram housing and uses Wix 33110. Fuel is leaking from the center bolt that holds the bottom half of the filter in place. Tried another copper washer I had and still seems to be leaking a tiny bit. Thoughts besides replacing with a spin on setup?
