I've got a 2002 196 Air. I'm setting up a new boat lift and trying to figure out where the boat should sit on the bunks. Does any know where the center of gravity is on the boat?

Not sure on CoG, but I set up my boat lift to match my trailer bunks. Works well.

If it’s a typical vertical lift shore station I like the side of the windshield even with the main front pole on the lift.
For bunks, trailer is a good guide. About 3 feet between the bunks is a good starting point if the trailer is not around. |
