Platform and brackets will have to be custom made. Alloy Marine made custom brackets for me for their regular price.
You will be making it unoriginal, but it is a nice option. When I'm cruising around in our Cuda and want to take a swim, I usually stop near shore so I can easily get back in the boat. If I can hike myself into it in deep water, it's not a pretty site.

I already have the brackets and now I'm just looking for a late 70s style platform. The boat came to me with one already but it was an old, bulky, ugly homemade copy of a master craft platform.

Well, if the boat came with one, no one can accuse you of defiling it. You're probably going to have to built it yourself or have someone like Teakworld build it, if they're still in business.
