2004 216 TE replacement gauges

I’ve got some dead gauges (fuel, volt, oil pressure) on my 04 216 TE.  The rest of the gauges work fine.  I’m lucky and the gateway box is fine and has been capped to save it.  I’m wanting to replace the fuel, volt, oil pressure and temp gauges so at least these 4 will match, I realize they won’t match the speedo and tach.  I’m having trouble finding gauges for this era nautique.  Is there any way to replace these without doing a full conversion?  

I saw them but missed out unfortunately.  Guess I’ll keep an eye out.

Thanks but I may be headed that direction too.  I got in the boat yesterday and all gauges are out now.  Just curious, where did you find a conversion kit?  Everywhere I’ve checked is out.  Thanks

Update - turns out Miami Nautique is back ordered as well, just have to wait. The issue is they can’t source all of the parts needed for the kit due to supply chain issues.
