Ok... I cannot post a pic here for what ever reason. Given 1999 Ford 351 high output holly carbureted engine. There is a vacuum cap on the starboard side, bottom rear. Mine is starting to crack, I want to replace it but I don’t even know what it is called, let alone a source! Help?

You were correct…it’s called a carb vacuum cap.  Most auto parts stores carry ‘em.
