Usually measured in years not hours, since the stuff has to have been running to rack up some wear.

No meter in the 54 or the 64. The 77 the meter was replaced by the PO so, no phishing intended.

So for example, when you say that 25 years calculates out to 500 plus hours, is there some elaborate calculation or you just figure you must do 20 hours/year on average? Wink

Or maybe it's 8122 minus 8102 times the number of years

That is tough Ken- here is how I see it. 3 boats,24 hours in a day divided by that one day the ice is out...... 
Do you run all at 8 hours each or do you let the kids help out and run the risk of them creating more winter projects?
