Unfortunately, our usual Fort Myers Shores rental for February probably won't be repaired by then... I've found a rental on Lake Griffin in Fruitland Park... Anyone familiar with this chain of lakes? Places to go or avoid? Any skiing restrictions?

Lake Dora and Lake Eustis, part of that chain just to the east is where some of the CCF River Run is held. Wootan Park on Dora is where the Sunnyland Boat Show is held in March. I for one can't say I've seen smooth water there that time of year.... Hopefully some locals will comment.
