This came out of my 1996 Ski Nautique 176. I mis-diagnosed an idle issue and replaced this. It worked great and I believe it was the original part (R140016) with about 350 hours on it. The springs rotate but are not loose. Asking 75 shipped to the continental US.

I don't really have any interest in your damper plate, but I figure that if you were to post something about your idle misdiagnosis that led to spending a bunch of money and time replacing a good damper plate, it'll be good info for the next guy with a similar issue
