After several discussions with a few CCFans and hearing from a few of you wanting to bring the Ruckus Back I'm pleased to announce that we are returning for 2025 on April 10-13th. The Ruckus HQ is changing it's location again to Bass World that's in Crescent City, FL which is on the St. Johns River but just a little bit North of Lake George. It does have Cabins for rent as well as RV slots. We will more than likely follow the same protocol as previous years by trailering boats to Moss Bluff Dam and doing a river run to the Dora Canal but also taking a side trip thru another canal to Lake Harris to Ski Beach Bar and Grill for Lunch. May head North towards Jacksonville on Saturday instead of hitting the Silver Glen Springs as that place has gotten crazy the last few trips but as always we will make the decision on what we are doing after discussing it among ourselves.
The folks at bassworldlodge.com will give us a 5% discount off the rate if you identify yourself as part of the "Ruckus Group". Ask for Lorraine when you call as she is the one in charge of booking. You can go to their site to see the cabins but you have to call to get one. Here's who is going at the time of this posting: TimBob, Heather, Reid & Laurie ---------- Cabin 11 MFarmer & Marsha------- Cabin 9 JBear------ Cabin 6 81Nautique & Dana RV'n it next to the slum lords in Cabin 11 There are boat slips available and the ramp is waaaayyyyy better than at Parramores. An eclectic dinning experience at a place called Shrimp R Us is a stones throw from the campground which we will definitely hit for dinner as the food is awesome and greatly priced and the local entertainment is VERY interesting. Renegades on the River is just up River about 1.5 miles by sea or 2.3 miles by land and has a great Tiki Bar and a separate restaurant to go for breakfast, lunch or just a cold adult beverage. In the conversations I've had with many of the Grand Poobahs of CCFan we all miss the reunions we had and the fellowship we shared as a group of old Nautique owners. I'd love to see us fill this place up and enjoy waterskiing and boating with each other again. Hope to see some old faces as well as some new ones in a couple months. Lets raise a little Ruckus on the St. Johns River again!!!

Awesome! Wouldn’t be great to bring old Al! How fun. I’ll ask my daughter to have her kid early (it’s her 3rd, so no problem! ) ☺️
