I have found that there are a couple of different styles/manufactures of drive/damper plates and was looking for some input on good or bad expieriences. The unit from Skidim is that same as the one I removed from the 302 in the Tique yesterday. It doesn't seem to be as "beefy" in the spring area as the one I put on my 312 a couple years ago. That one (312) had heavy open springs and from a search I did believe it to be a Sachs. Any comments?

sachs are one of the better plates, the heavier they look the more horse they handle, I have ratings sheets if anyone has questions, of coarse PCM (ZF/Hurth) had to be different and use a different input shaft and you have to go to a PCM distributor for it. if you do need a plate call me and i can gat all styles at a better than good discount
