I have had the above boat for 10 years and it still runs great - about 1500 hours. It is getting to be time for a complete restoration;
Paint/Gel, letter strips, engine rebuild, stringer repair, carpet, interior, bages ect. I have restored a couple of cars so I'm a confirmed nut case and a bit of an oridginality bug. My question is, what is the relative cost of some or all of the above and who can help with who may have parts like stripe & LOGO stensiles etc that I will need to do it right...live in Orlando. Thanks for any help.

Find yourself a reputable engine shop from people who have had work done(ask for some references,the trans can be static tested for around $100.and that will tell you what you'll need for a rebuild.Use douglas fir or white oak for the stringers,save your old seat covers etc. for patterns.Take your time,your undertaking a huge time consuming(LABOR) intensive task.Your attention to detail will show in the finished product.
