I have a 1956 Correct Craft 17' inboard that is in sad, sad shape. The plywood and stringers have much dry rot. I am thinking of parting the boat out. The engine ran when she was put away but has been sitting for over 20 years. The engine is a grey marine flat head six with two carburetors. Any thoughts on what I should do with this boat.

Take some pictures and put it up for sale. It may be worth more to someone that wants a restoration project. I just saw one in the Diaries that sounds just like yours.
