Mid-1970's Correct Craft Low Boy Custom fiberglass pan trailer for Ski Nautique. Trailer is complete and in excellent condition.

I am looking for the best offer. It is for sale locally in SC and I may run it on Ebay.

Mike; If you don't want it I may be interested. Had one of those under my '78 and always wanted another. They look real cool. If you get some pics will you forward them just so I can have a look?

You missed it a few weeks ago at Reid's. We had a great time.

Email pics when you get back and we can talk. I can drive down anytime. I have friends in Chapin near Night Harbor I think is the name of the area.

The trailer is white with green trim (1976 Ski Nautique factory colors). I would rate the condition as 9 out of 10.

I am also looking for a non-fiberglass 1973-80 Ski Nautique trailer: your trailer plus cash for my trailer or I will sell mine outright.

Please send cash offers and pics (if you want to trade) to drjimphd@aol.com.

As you well know fiberglass CC trailers are very rare and hard to find so make your offer accordingly.

Jim, I will have what you need.....! I will get you some pics of my trailers. I have two factory CC trailers, one is galvanized and one is painted blue. I don't want to get in between you and Mike, but if a trade and cash is good for you......we should talk. My trailers are NICE (one is pictured under my 78 Nautique at the signature line of this post, click on the blue 78 Ski Nautique), but Mike might have some better ones to trade.

Send photos of the trailer to pcarpenter2@carolina.rr.com

Thanks Jim

John,
I really don't want to get into a bidding war either. I hope to talk with Jim after the weekend and see what he wants and go from there.
We will see I guess ??

John,
I would be happy to find a regular correct craft trailer if this one does not work out.

No bidding war on my end.....I just want one like others do. I have a couple of CC trailers to possibly trade, so we will see what Jim wants to do. Who knows ??

Makes me a little nervous. I see Jim is fairly new here. So...not gonna "bid" against guys like you two.....so I guess we'll see.

No Worries John, No Bidding here. It would be nice but if it does not work out, that's how it goes.

Well, I am out, next up in line for the trailer.
Jim, purchaced the 1976 Ski Nautique on the site from Oregon. The awsome green one. I just can't spend 3 grand on the trailer as perfect as it is. It would be hard for me to split the boat and trailer up for such   a nice rig.
John or Paul good luck guys.

Cheers, Mike

That is a nice rig,It'd be shame to separate that trailer from that boat but to each his own.

Jim
Do you have photos?
I'm not interested in buying it. I want to know what all the fuss is over.
And BTW, are you a doctor?

Lefty; How goes the recovery?

Looks like Jim has a PHD in something so I am not sure he would be able to offer advice in your current situation.

Well..I am out too.......NEXT ! ! ! ?!?!?!? I haven't seen a trailer yet that is worth $3000, and then I would have to change the green trim to a different color?? I would probably give $1000 and one of my CC trailers, but that is IT.

NEXT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi john, thanks for asking
So far, so good. I'm on the second cast, doc is already opening up the angle of the elbow. I figure 5 more weeks of casts and then a couple/few months of rehab.
Pulled some skiers with my outboard Labor day weekend, pinpoint throttle control wasn't there. That should change this weekend when the BFN heads out. Then I can rest the elbow on the side and run the throttle better. (just don't tell my ortho)

I still want to see pics of this trailer

Had one of those under my 77', they are really great trailers, when unloading the prop wash would literally lift the boat up and off the trailer real nice!!

Here's a pic:

I would guess this is the trailer that is for sale based on Mike's comment above. Why would you break that package up??

quinner: Had one of those under my first Nautique, a yellow '78. Thanks for the link to the Oregon boat. Wish I was as savvy on the computer as you guys.

You'll never guess who showed up in my driveway with Backfoot (Eddie)...Kurtis from NC whose BFN we used for our multiples at Reids's place. Turns out he dates a lady Eddie used to ski with in Wisconsin. He is here for the Orlando Reunion. He also knows some people freom Lakeland that we have skied with. Small world.
