I'm trying to replace my broken stock bow light on my 1990 Nautique. I bought a non-stock version (rope can't catch) but can't figure out how to remove the old light. What the heck is holding it on?? Thanks

had same problem on my '92 (dad offloaded people and nose came up under another boat!) once the scews are out it's all held in with silicon.
