Hey All,
Thank you for recent info as it has helped my work in project. One last thing before i head out to the lake. My alternator just went out and am looking for a new one. I have been told that it does not matter if i have a reverse (RH) rotation or standard (LH) as both spin freely. Is this true??? I found a Delco 100Amp 1 wire, will this work? I have a Ford 351 PCM and want to make sure before i purchase. Please help me make this decision as i am unfortuantley confused. Thank you, |

That is a good choice, simple and easy one wire install.Rotation makes no differance with an alternater. Should be a direct bolt on, this is the unit I am using on my stroker..........

Hello
I stande corrected as I went and checked my alternator... I have a 3 wire (red, brown, and green) attached to the back of my Prestolite rusty old alternator. I just ordered a 3 wire Delco 100 amp alternator that has the same mounts..... |
