Sody, I don't think you are going to have much luck with finding a platform unless someone is parting out a after 1978 Tique. (78 is when they became available as a option) You are probably going to have to make one or cut down a larger one to fit the narrower Tique. The brackets can be fabricated by a local welding shop or you can buy them. thread on brackets and Alloy Marine
This is the one I have on my 77 (yes guys, it's not original!) It was cut down and the brackets fabbed by the PO.
