Just bought and needs alot of work--
i have not seen a marine engine before!--
to start it is a 360 chrysler--is this a "crusader" it takes water from the jacuuzzi jet--is this company still around--needs a lower pin in in water area under jet--
also is their a drain as i cannot find a plug to get last 6" of bilge water out--will a garden hose be enough to test engine or what is the way to test engine out of water--am i going to flood my garage? The exhaust is in up flow headers-then big uppper loop--why are these this way--then to PVC tubes to outflow at transom--no muffler-finnally is their a list of preferred suppliers --how fast will this boat go? anyways thanks in advance for any help---mark

You want to contact Discount Inboard Marine. They have a link on this site. Parts for your boat should be readily available. You can run the boat in the drivreway depending on where the water inlet is. DONT run it dry as you will destroy the raw water impeller. The exhaust is shaped that way to keep lake water out of the engine when the engine is not running. One of tyhe neatest things you will hear is that engine when you run it. Good luck
