One of the groomsmen from my wedding is looking a Boston Whaler with twin outboards. Was near a fire, but based on photos appears to be soot and cosmetics. If any lived nearby, would be great if you might take a look before he (probably he and I) drive 2000 miles for it.

Let me know.

Thanks,

BKH

Hey Kurt thanks. Good to hear from you. Haven't seen you hanging around the site much.

You married yet?

I got pretty busy today and didn't see my buddy. I'll figure out what he wants to do and shoot you guys and email.

If he decides to get this boat, I'll definitely buy some beers for you guys in the area. I haven't caught up with him yet.

Beers and whaler has nice ring to it.

Brian,

Not married yet. Labor Day weekend it is goin down.

The woman had to give back her laptop to school for the summer, which I used from the kitchen table. Now, I have to make the trek all the way upstairs to use the computer, and I usually don't have much to say.

How are things in Cali? Do you need some of our rain?

GL is almost here, hoping for a great weather weekend.

Kurt

Dang, must be a heck of a good buy to drive 2000 miles for a whaler. They must be exotic out in CA.

Kurt, we could use some of the rain. They're talking about water rationing in some parts. Some of the reservoirs are only at 40% of capacity, and it's the beginning of the season.

Riley, Center consoles are pretty exotic in CA. Some in San Diego and Los Angeles. Not a lot in NorCal. Much a better deals around the Great Lakes, and along the eastern seaboard.

This one is an insurance deal and so it's potentially worthwhile. We'll see.

He's trying to get the exact address and when the boat can be viewed. BKH

Thanks to all of you who volunteered to take a look. Unfortunately, the boat bid up past what he was willing to pay for it, and so the search continues.
