Gary, I will not be going on the fathers day cruise but I just realized that there may not even be a cruise! We have had it happen a couple years when the water levels are so high that the river is slow no wake. We still make it to the brunch but of coarse driving there isn't any fun! How's your house doing? Any sand bagging yet?

Hey Pete,

Lower river is closed, upper river and lake is slow no wake, there is also a debris advisory in effect. It is expected to be that way thru the weekend.

Hi Pete Too bad you could not make it,but we'll see you at GL. The water is high, seems to be at levels normally seen in the spring. Like quinner says, alot of junk floating by, there will be alot of cleanup when this is over, markers out of place etc. Every winter I cuss this hill I'm on, but I never have flood trouble.

Hey John been busting my rear on the trailer, just about done. Trouble is the "spring" rains have been up north of us but we're getting the runoff. Not much ot in that.

Will do John.I had to weld one of the rear uprights tonight and now repaint it also. Then I have to finish up wiring the curb side light. The family is starting to wonder what happened to me. Hope to be done this weekend.

Better that they are wondering when you are out in the garage...rather than out at night in your truck chasing trouble. Patti always hated those late night call-outs and the all-niters that followed.

Steve I made it out for a very short trip in the middle of May . I dont think it is going to be low enough for me to get back on before GL. I may have to take it to a lake for a day .
