Hi guys,
Could you help out this forreigner with some abreviations? I just finished reading the "horrible service"-topic and I need some explanation on a few abreviations you boys threw in there... IIRC POS DOA POA I'm pretty sure there will be more to come

Sent you and Eddie one back today. Thanks for the phone numbers. As it turns out, it's the same price for me to call to the US as it is to call to my mom who lives in Holland...
