My boat turns extremely sharp to the left and takes very wide turns to the right. Could there be something out of adjustment?

At the rudder end of your steering cable you'll find a metal sleeve clamped into the steering block. Loosen the 4 bolts on the block and you can slide the sleeve to adjust how much throw you have in each direction.
