Going to Change my Tranny Fluid and am looking at draining it out by pulling the bottom hose that runs up to the cooler only question is do i pull the right angle connector out or just the hose ( see piccie ) seemsto me the whole connector should come out in order to get the maimum drain? also the manual mentions some kind of Strainer in there it looks small anything to watch out for ???
I must admit I'm also tempted to disconect hose at the cooler and pump it out what are the pros and cons of either ???

How do I upload a piccie ???

Greetings from the cold and wet UK where the weather can only get better!!!!

A lot of us here just pump it out of the filler. I didn't heve a pump the first time I did it but I had a large syringe, (30cc). Hooked some tubing to it and sucked it out. Took a while but I was able to empty it pretty good.

Looks like some cleaning is in order before you start your fluid changing project.

hey...I use a pump. I got mine out of an overtons catalog. I have a B/W 1:1. Just stick it in the filler and you should be able to get most of it out!

Something like this should do it.

Careful not to let the hose fall off the end of the hand pump into the case.
