Caleb, Unless you really want a Ford, you may want to consider a 305 OMC (GM). It was a option for the Tique. The Nautique (351 Ford) had the 350 OMC option. Have you looked at the classified engine section on marineengine.com? What's up with the existing engine? Any pictures and or do you have the boat in our diaries section? We are nosey!!

Welcome to the site or at least to your first post. Tell us more.

the boat has been sitting outside for the last five years. one of the freeze plug popped and i can't get the motor to spin i tried pulling the starter and used a bar to turn the flywheel but i couldn't get it to spin. my guess is that the rings are seized so i also put some wd40 in the cylinders but still no go. the strange thing is that the heads and intake look really good! no real sign of trouble. any suggestions? thanks. I would not be apposed to putting one of the omc motors in, i just need something. thanks!
