What filter and oil grade does PCM recommend for a 1999 GT-40. Is their a Motorcraft cross reference? Thank you

I've never used marine oil filters and for oil either 30w or 5w-30 oil. I do use a marine water separator/fuel filter.

My PCM 351 in my '79 SN uses a Motorcraft FL1A, it's pretty much the standard for Ford engines, I'd be surprised if yours is any different. My '02 Ski Nautique with the Excalibur even uses a FL1A on it's remote mount setup, although I use the AC Delco equivalent. It just doesn't feel right putting a Ford oil filter on a Chevy.
