Friends:
Any suggestions on this problems with my '82 Ski Nautique:
--Engine locked, found water in each cylinder
--While water was in each cylinder, when we cleared it, and then rolled it over, most water (actually running right out) can from the port side, last 2 cylinders toward the aft.
--No water in the oil when we checked it;

Head gasket is naturally a concern; but we wonder if anyone has any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

That sounds like a hydrolock...happened to me last year when it overheated.
