While at a friends lake house I used his boat lift. The hull made some creaking noises while lifting the boat. Is this normal? I have only own the boat for about a year and have never lifted the boat. How much are the rings rated for? Is a water loged boat to heavy? I have several friends that have hung thier boats in the boat house for years on them .
