I am looking for a pair of 3" mufflers for my http://www.correctcraftfan.com/diaries/details.asp?ID=3024 - project Skier . This boat will be a runner primarily used to ski- so as much as I love the throaty sound of straight pipes, I am considering all options.
Corrugated exhaust hose isnt cheap ($15/ft) and running a section of SS tubing in line doesnt save me much money either. Cost is a major consideration on this project, so if putting some mufflers in the boat will save me some cash AND keep the neighbors happy, so be it!
If anyone has a set lying around that they are willing to part with, please send me an email: TRBenj@gmail.com
Condition is not terribly important- if they have minor damage, I can fix them. Thank you!

Jody, that would be great. Can you get me a length measurement? A shipping estimate to my zip (06013) would be great too. Please send pics to TRBenj@gmail.com
Do you think that using MC parts will hurt my resale value?

Am I reading this right? You back in the market for mufflers? I have a set in the attic of my garage that you are welcome to.
I thought we had this discussion a couple weeks ago.

John, if Tim has his mufflers and does not need or want yours, I may be interested in them for the Barracuda. No mufflers on the SN but the Barracuda is for kickin-back and may want a bit more smooth sound.
I have not forgot about you and the Exhaust Manifold. I still have not swapped them out...

Pat, the non-corrugated (but still wire reinforced) hose that we pulled out of the Skier doesnt look too bad- combined with some mufflers we'll have enough length to get to the back.
John, I have a local deal all set up like I told you- feel free to send them to Roger. Notice that this post is from 4/2!

Ok...I thought we had talked about this before.
Roger..they are yours if you need them. Can't imagine ever using them again. Will have to figure out how to ship them.

Thanks John,
Email me so we can work out the details.
For shipping, all you really have to do for shipping is wrap and tape them in brown grocery bags and write my address on the outside. No box or popcorn required. Might want to tape a piece of cardboard at each end of each muffler so it will not tear the brown paper.
Thanks again
