Eric, I'm in the process of refitting a work boat with a 351W and I just got the borgwarner 1.5:1 rebuilt, I need a new oil cooler and I've found
OIL COOLER 9" BARRELL X 1-1/4" OD BARBS
OIL COOLER 9" BARRELL X 1" OD BARBS
wich one do you reccomend? do you sell these??

Luch,
The 1&1/4" and the 1" barbs are for the cooling hose (water) and don't have anything to do with the trans oil lines. Check the hose size you need from the raw water pickup to the raw water pump. Probably the 1&1/4".

Peter, I knew that, it's just that as I dont have a water pick up yet I can get any of them and perhaps there was one better than the other.
The engine is a 351W Commander and has the original water pump. sherwood? 1 1/4 inlets??

They are both the same psychical size with the same internal cooling capacity. Since your pump has a 1&1/4" inlet, get the cooler with the 1&1/4" barbs. You never want to downsize fittings in the cooling intake - it would cause a restriction plus the need for reducing hose size.

Great, I will be posting pics of this boat soon, it's a 21'x95'' low cabin boat, soft rounded V, pretty nice if you ask me.

you want minimum 3/8's ID on the cooler lines, I did read a bulletin on the 1.5 it had some problems overheating a touch if your spinning a big blade, and the cure was 1/2 lines. dial in the alignment to perfect...they are sensitive to MA, the back bearind set will heat and you are probably running a heavier shaft. remember oil flows opposite water flow

Everything on the boat will be new and custom made, so I hope I get alignment close to perfection.
One thing I'm not sure yet is to go with a dripless seal (boat will sleep on the water) or use the Goretex stuff and an automatic pump.
Planning on running a slighty large prop so I get good speed at low rpms, something like 13x5x17/18 with a 1 1/8'' shaft.
I want to get the oil cooler from the US, do you sell this? Could you quote shipping to my location?
