| Hi, I'm just visiting from Planet Nautique. Is this where all the classic nautiques hang? How come there isn't a showroom thread to post pics of all your beautiful boats? I'd love to see some of the wood ones. If there really isn't a showroom post already, do you mind if I start one? What would be some good catagories? Wood? 60's Fiberglass? 70's? 80's? |

I also am a planet nautique member and have found out that this website is geared more to older nautiques. I personally have found this website more useful than PN. I have an 88' 2001 Nauti and most topics on this website are similar in questions and problems to my boat. Other members may agree. | I also check out PN on occassion. CCFan has a lot more knowledgable members who have helped me make my 82 perform better. PN members seeem to be geared strictly towards late model CC's and how many accessories that they can cram on them. I would encourage a lot of those guys to check out the roots of where their boats come from. |

I gotta agree guys!
I bounce back & forth between sites a couple times a day. Both are excellent sites, but P/N is lately more about the $50,000.00 boats with the biggest amps & most speakers you can fit in them. But hey, whatever floats your boat! I think it's really cool that these two sites can co-exist so well. It is nice that while we both are Correct Craft owner sites, we each have our own specific audience. | I am on both too. Agree w/ Jeff that they co exist well and both are terific. If i have a gearhead question about my pro boss motor i can ask the gearheads here at CCF if i need a new amp or sub i ask the audiophiles over at PN. When i was looking for a prop i was asking on both sites because my 95SN is kinda in the middle. Not an older "classic" yet not really a newer boat either. I've got ideas, solved problems, and saved time and $$ because of both sites. |

Hey 82tique...watch the dangling participles...check out the roots from where their boats come. 
I told one of my friends the other day how happy I was with my 1985 Ski Nautique. Not only was this the year I graduated from high school, but this style reminds me of what all the hot shot skiers where being towed by when I was a kid -- thinking one day... Also, I've learned so much by working on my boat, much more than I every would have if I had bought a brand new one and had to drag it to the dealer for every little problem. Hey Jimbo...Yeah C'mon lets here it for the class of 85' Raise the roof Whoo Whoo!! I own an 88' 2001 towed with an 86' Chevy. Both red. Must be something about the 80's even the music was cool.
