Just got these photos from a friend of mine...thought you guys might enjoy. Memorial day weekend in northern michigan. If you've got good ones of your own, post 'em up.
the boat/dock setup 
ready to go 
good CC add shot 
boat driver 
boat driver off duty 
diving for old cans at the bottom of the lake (the water there is extremely clear and you can see the can at the bottom of the lake in the photo...about 8' deep there...and yes, I got it) 
of course we did a lot of wakeboarding too... 
my best fried brent 
riding doubles...the water was cold but the winter hats pack in the heat... 
fire up the mini bikes for a beer run 
off to the store 
i quit smoking a while ago but we wanted to get this shot

Beautiful looking place.
Forgot how those early summer weekends up north were. But the hooded sweats reminded me. Ski caps and long wet suits...remember those days! A good driver really improves ones skiing...right?! Steve, it's a secret location...one of the 77 long lakes in michigan...you can't get there from here.
the girls always ask what they should wear on those mornings. my answer is always the same, bikini and your winter coat...probably you will need both at some point. ------------- As far as I can tell, I'm not quite sure... |
