VelvetDrive AS11 72C It came out of a 1966 Century with a 427 Commander with only 230 original hours. Been sitting on the shelf for 17 years, turns easy and shifts easy, and no rust. $250.

will work behind a small block also, a touch longer, and 5' coupling instead of 4"

Sam - I have a 57 Luger running a 400 ci Pontiac - will the velvet work on it - now using a three spd manual with a hydraulic auto clutch and I want to convert - I also need a bell housing which fits Buick/Cadillac/Oldsmobile/Pontiac - believe Chev is different. I am not that familiar with them marine drives.
I also have a 54 CorrectCraft that is on the Club site - bought new by my Dad.
Thanks - Dave

Dave,
I don't see why my velvet drive wouldn't work. It's made for high horsepower engines. I don't have a bell housing, but I don't think they are that hard to find.

I had a 83 Correct Craft with a Commander 351, and a 66 Lyman with a 289 Commander. I don't know if they did any Chevrolet based engines or just Fords.
