In the most unlikely sequence of events (you would never want to have happen to you). I was pulling away from an inset parking spot when my trailer nipped the curb. the springs where getting weak and the axle moved up and back, and caught the trailing edge of the fender frame. The tire grabbed and ripped the axle right out from under the trailer. I was only going about five mph, but accelerating. The boat must have leap five feet in the air! It came down squarely on the trailer, but petty much flattened it. amazingly the only damage to the boat was the rudder, (snapped it off clean), and a couple of easily repaired prop dings. I am in need of a trailer and rudder. I live in MA the boat lives in ME. Any help would be appreciated. ------------- Tutor turtle |
