Does anyone know if this part is still available, or have a used one? I imagine most of them as old as mine have also cracked.

It sounds like a very close CC wheel is available for around a buck fifty. It sounds nicer than the original and looks a lot like it, but it's not original. I think we will have to do some precision engineering at Green Lake. It may take some liquid bribing to get a source lined up for the machining! In the meantime, I made a adapter out of 1-1/2 PVC pipe & electrical tape to hold the center emblem in place.
